Guidelines & Resources

Ongoing, Monthly Calls
Something I wish I had when I started, Ayahuasca can change you, but life remains challenging. We help support you in these times.
Reflection & Journaling
Writing about your experience allows you to revisit insights, release emotions, and translate visions into meaningful action. This helps prevent overwhelm and creates clarity about the path forward.
Community Sharing
Speaking your truth in a safe circle gives your experience grounding and validation. Hearing others’ stories reminds you that you’re not alone and deepens connection within the group.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is ayahuasca integration important?
Integration makes insights from ceremonies meaningful—without it, powerful experiences tend to fade. Practices like reflection, journaling, and mindful support help make growth lasting.
What forms does integration take at Harmonica?
We use sharing circles, guided reflections, journaling, and facilitator-led support to help you process what emerges in ceremony. (These are common, effective tools in integration work.)
When does integration start?
Right after ceremony. Integration begins in the weeks following the experience when sensitivity is high, so early practices help you ground, make sense of insights, and apply them practically.
How many people participate in integration work?
We keep groups small (max 12) to ensure each person has space, connection, and enough attention from facilitators—so integration isn’t just heard, it’s lived. (Small group settings are shown to improve depth and safety in integration)
What support is available for post-ceremony challenges?
You’ll have access to facilitation with trained, medically supervised guides, community sharing for emotional support, and tools such as journaling, mindfulness, and reflection to help you navigate and stabilize after ceremony.
How do I integrate insights into daily life after the ceremony?
By using practices like journaling, breathwork, mindfulness, and community support. Setting routines and integrating small daily habits help bridge the world of ceremony into everyday life. These are proven methods in integration literature. Additionally we offer ongoing monthly calls after our retreat so you receive support outside of the retreat experience itself.

Stories - 1001 Nights of Ayahuasca
Power of Love

Ayahuasca gave me many lessons that will last forever. It gave me the endurance and compassion that I needed to live life with a new perspective, where love is the strongest power and my spirit, body and mind have the capacity to learn and transform many times.
I feel that there is much more that I need to work on than before, and that inspires me to be better and try to do better every day for my self, family and community.
I feel more powerful than fearful, little by little.
Processing Grief

I truly can't overstate the impact Ayauhuasca has had on my life. My relationships are grounded in the lessons I've been learning in the ceremony. My path forward is guided by these revelations.
I am more calm, more conscientious, more patient. I am not immune to life's obstacles; however, I am better equipped to manage them because hope and gratitude are much more accessible to me.
Most profoundly, I feel a stronger sense of purpose in life.
