Upcoming Ayahuasca Retreats at Harmonica

I looked at a couple of different retreats in Colombia and decided on this one due to the supplemental exercises like the holographic breathing and ice bath... Vanessa and Sergio led the ceremonies with love and attention for all. Oliver, Kevin and the rest of the team were always there in support and our group of 13 were all made to feel safe and were in good hands. The music during the ceremonies was amazing. The location of the retreat in the mountains of Colombia is a beautiful setting and if you're lucky enough to get a rain storm during a ceremony you're in for a treat. You will not regret booking a retreat here and I encourage staying for 7 days to really get the most out of the medicine and what it has to offer.

... I felt 100% safe and diligently looked after during the ceremonies. Our Shaman, Sergio was nothing short of pure magic, lovingly tuned in to the energy of the room, skillfully guiding to best meet the needs of the participants, moment by moment. And the music!!! Love! Can't wait to share this with my husband next time!

... The ceremonies themselves were held by an experienced and absolutely competent shaman and his team of very skilled musicians. The music was incredibly beautiful and really filled my heart with joy and it was a real blessing to partake in this real and authentic experience. Even though my own journey was not always easy (even outright scary and miserable for a while on the second night), I have felt incredibly supported and held during it by all of the facilitators. In addition the shaman as well as the musicians showed a deep sensitivity for the mood in the room and expertly modulated the ceremony with their music (by either playing quiet and meditive or loudly sung and heartwarming music or keeping silent and letting us hear the sounds of nature), odors (that were sprayed in the room) and working the fireplace (that was either fully burning or left glowing). During my journey I have gained a lot of insights about myself and felt it was deeply transformative. At the end each of us also received a 20 minute long energetic cleansing from the shaman (half on the first ceremony, half on the second one), which I appreciated a lot too, especially after having a very intense night. And the sharing circles in the morning after the ceremony further helped to integrate the experience as well as listen to and learn from the journeys of the other group members. Over all I am deeply thankful for all the people, facilitators and participants as well, that made this retreat so bliss- and fruitful and allowed me to be and experience my most authentic self. It really was absolutely profound, there is no better place to visit, when you hear the call from "la abuelita".

... Throughout the entire ceremonial experiences I felt safe and supported by the entire team, which I think is extremely important when working with this medicine. I feel a great shift within me after this retreat and I'm excited to see the continued benefits of this medicine. I stayed in a private room during my stay which was well worth it and made my stay there very comfortable, I'd highly recommend it! I can't wait to return and work with these beautiful people again. The retreat is highly recommended. I was impressed by the team, the surroundings and the location. I hope to return one day. The food was also excellent, and the team took exceptionally good care of us. The music during the ceremony was a particular highlight. The entire programme was well thought out and coherent.
